CMS student wins gold medal in International Mathematics Olympiad

Lucknow, September 8: Suramya, a talented student of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus brought laurels to the institution by securing a gold medal in International Mathematics Olympiad. The Olympiad was organized under the auspices of Silver Zone Foundation, New Delhi. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that the students from various countries participated in this prestigious Olympiad where Suramya emerged victorious after displaying her knowledge and talent. She was awarded a medal and certificate for her outstanding achievement by the organizers. Students showcase their sporting talents in Sports Day

  Lucknow, 29 August : On the occasion of the National Sports Day today, City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II organized a mini Sports Day, 'Athlopolics', today at the school premises. On this occasion, students of the junior section displayed extraordinary sporting skills and mesmerized the audience. Lucknow, 28 August : City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I organized its 'Annual Parents Day' today with much pomp and show at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi inaugurate the function. Government of India awards 96 lakh scholarship to 24 CMS students

Lucknow, August 27 : Twenty four brilliant students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded scholarship worth Rs 96 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. These students have been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Sciences under which each student will receive Rs. 80,000 per year for five years. Thus, a total of Rs. Four lakhs scholarship has been given to each student, totalling Rs. 96 lakhs to all the 24 students. Yuvraj Singh of CMS wins first prize in All India Poetry Recitation Contest

Lucknow, August 25: Yuvraj Singh of Class VIII, City Montessori School, Cambridge Section, Gomti Nagar Campus II, brought glory to the city of Lucknow by winning the first prize at an All India Poetry Recitation Contest. This contest was organized under the aegis of Wizkids Carnival Private Limited. The final round of the contest was held in Pune in which Yuvraj gave an excellent recital of his poem and then expanded on its theme, thus impressing the judges with his powerful expression, emotion and eloquence. Parth of CMS crowned with 2 golds and Championship Trophy in Lawn Tennis

Lucknow, August 25: Parth Ratra of Class XI, City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus won two gold medals and championship trophy at the CISCE Regional Lawn Tennis Championship thus bringing honour to his city, Lucknow. Dominating the game both in singles and doubles of the tournament, Parth established his mastery in lawn tennis and won the championship trophy in both events.
