Yuvraj Singh of CMS wins first prize in All India Poetry Recitation Contest

Lucknow, August 25: Yuvraj Singh of Class VIII, City Montessori School, Cambridge Section, Gomti Nagar Campus II, brought glory to the city of Lucknow by winning the first prize at an All India Poetry Recitation Contest. This contest was organized under the aegis of Wizkids Carnival Private Limited. The final round of the contest was held in Pune in which Yuvraj gave an excellent recital of his poem and then expanded on its theme, thus impressing the judges with his powerful expression, emotion and eloquence. This information was given by the chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that Yuvraj received a medal, trophy and certificate as well as a cash prize of Rs 6000/- and attractive gifts as the first prize. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi, blessed this gifted student and blessed him for future success and happiness in life. He also expressed his gratitude towards the Principal Miss Manjit Batra and teachers of CMS Cambridge Section, Gomti Nagar Extension for grooming the child and encouraging him to realize his talents. Mr Sharma further stated that the poetry contest had been organized with the aim of encouraging young poetic talent in the country and to give a boost to their efforts. Many prestigious schools of India participated in this competition, he said.

               Mr Sharma also stated that CMS is always motivating its students to develop their talent in different directions and progress swiftly onward and upward. The aim of the institution is to develop the students as World Leaders and Total Quality Persons who will be an asset to humanity. It provides education geared in this direction.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
