Dr Jagdish Gandhi felicitated

Lucknow, October 17 : Renowned educationist and Founder of City Montessori School, Dr Jagdish Gandhi was felicitated here today for his unparalleled contribution in the field of education and for bringing fame to the city at the international level. Dr Mahendra Singh, Minister for Jal Shakti, Government of Uttar Pradesh was the Chief Guest while Dr Vikram Singh, former DGP UP and Chancellor, Noida International University was the Guest of Honour at the honouring ceremony organised by the Uttar Pradesh wing of Media Federation of India at Hotel Taj. CMS student wins Gold in International Essay competition

  Lucknow, October 17 : Pranshu Kumar Pandey, a student of class 11 of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus brought laurels to the nation by winning Gold Medal in Queen’s Commonwealth Essay writing competition. The event was organized by the Royal Commonwealth Society, London wherein students from 54 countries participated. With his exceptional writing skills, Pranshu projected an ideal world order and suggested peaceful and innovative methods for resolving world problems. 48 CMS students qualify JEE Advanced

Ravija Chandel secures All India rank 743 while Aryan Maurya secures AIR 870 Lucknow, October 16 : In a matter of pride for the city, 48 students from City Montessori School qualified the JEE Advanced 2021, securing their place in some of the best engineering institutions of the country.             Ravija Chandel of CMS, Gomti Nagar I campus stood at the top of this list with an All India Rank of 743 while Aryan Maurya of CMS Kanpur Road campus secured All India Rank 870.             Ravija, a brilliant and avid coder, is a computer science scholar who wants to develop a universal coding language that can be used by everyone and will 'talk' and connect to all devices.             Aryan, who completed his Class XII (ISC) with 97% marks, wants to pursue Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.             Out of 48 CMS students who qualified JEE Advanced, 18 students secured All India Ranks below 10,000 while 29 students secured All India Ranks below 16053 which is the cut-off ra

CMS student bags first prize in Slogan Writing Competition

Lucknow, October 14 : Trisha Banerjee, a student of class 9 of City Montessori School, Indiranagar campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the first prize in inter-school Slogan writing competition. The event was organised under the aegis of Environment, Forest and Climate Change ministry, Government of India wherein students of renowned schools from all over the country participated. Trisha, with her exemplary display of talent, wrote the best slogan among all these students and won the first prize. She gave the message of environment conservation and promoting the Hindi language with her slogan. Three CMS students win Gold in inter-school Yoga competition

Lucknow, October 13 : Three students of City Montessori School, Asharfabad Campus, Mohammad Ahil Ansari of class I, Rehan Hussain of class 5 and Ayaan Ali of class 9 have brought laurels to the institution by winning gold medals in the inter-school Yoga Competition. The event was organised under the aegis of Lucknow District Yoga Association. These CMS students notched the top position by displaying their talent in performing various yoga asanas amidst a tough competition, which also involved participation of students from various prestigious schools of Lucknow.         Mohammad Ahil won gold in under-8 year category while Rehan earned his medal in 8 to 10 years category and Ayaan in 12 to 14 years category.   Lucknow, October 12 : Rishaan Halder, a student of Class III of CMS Kanpur Road campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the Gold medal in the International General Knowledge Olympiad organised by Science Olympiad Foundation, Haryana. Students from several countries participated in this prestigious event where Rishaan emerged victorious after displaying his knowledge acumen in current affairs, news of the world and ability to debate. He was awarded a medal and certificate for his outstanding achievement by the organisers.
