48 CMS students qualify JEE Advanced

Ravija Chandel secures All India rank 743 while Aryan Maurya secures AIR 870

Lucknow, October 16 : In a matter of pride for the city, 48 students from City Montessori School qualified the JEE Advanced 2021, securing their place in some of the best engineering institutions of the country.

            Ravija Chandel of CMS, Gomti Nagar I campus stood at the top of this list with an All India Rank of 743 while Aryan Maurya of CMS Kanpur Road campus secured All India Rank 870.

            Ravija, a brilliant and avid coder, is a computer science scholar who wants to develop a universal coding language that can be used by everyone and will 'talk' and connect to all devices.

            Aryan, who completed his Class XII (ISC) with 97% marks, wants to pursue Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.

            Out of 48 CMS students who qualified JEE Advanced, 18 students secured All India Ranks below 10,000 while 29 students secured All India Ranks below 16053 which is the cut-off rank for gaining admission to the IITs.

            The 29 CMS sudents who secured AIR below 16053 are Ravija Chandel, Aryan Maurya, Harsh Joshi, Aryan Sinha, Aryan Srivastava, Atul Pandey, Shailesh Agarwal, Mohd. Saad Akbar, Yash Pratap Singh, Arindam Mishra, Shashwat Verma, Prakhar Maurya, Siddharth Dixit, Ayush Srivastava, Juhi Bajpai, Arshjeet Singh, Apul Ranjan, Ojas Srivastava, Sandeep Chilwal, Paarth Dwivedi, Amit Sharma, Nikhil Chandra Yadav, Devansh Verma, Adnan Abbas Rizvi, Sarthak Mathur, Prasoon Patel, Vedant Pandey, Divyansh Verma and Amay Singh.

            Other CMS 19 students who qualified the JEE Advanced 2021 (ranks between 16053 and 41,862) include Vineet Agarwal, Shreyansh Kr. Agarwal, Samaksh Ahuja, Ashutosh Yadav, Abhigyan Sharma, Ali Kausar Kamran, Abhyudaya Singh, Unnati, Anvesh Singh, Dev Yadav, Aniket Singh, Aman Verma, Anshu Mali Suri, Aryan Singh, Prakhar Srivastava, Vishal Singh, Rohan Raj, Rishi Rao and Sanskriti Ranjan.

            The elated Founder Manager of City Montessori School, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated these students profusely, saying “these brilliant students have not only done their school proud but have also brought laurels to the city of Lucknow”. He further said that CMS has consistently been producing brilliant engineers, doctors, IAS and PCS officers who are serving the society with complete zeal and dedication. He attributed the success of CMS students to the dedicated CMS teachers who are working hard at mentoring their students who go on to make their mark at the world stage.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
