CMS student invited to participate in the United Nations International Conference in the USA

Lucknow, 11 March: Arnav Shreyash, a Class 12 student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, has been specially invited to participate in the International Youth Conference to be held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. This invitation to a CMS student to attend an international conference organized by the world's most prestigious organization is indeed a matter of pride for Lucknow and the entire state. This international conference, themed ‘Youth at the Forefront – Leveraging Science and Social Inclusion for Sustainable Development’, is being organized under the aegis of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in April. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon extended her best wishes to Arnav for the conference and wished him a bright future. This information was given by

               Mr. Khanna informed that CMS student Arnav Shreyash is one of the select students from across the world who has earned this prestigious opportunity due to his exceptional academic record, impressive communication skills, remarkable contributions to social work, and his global mindset coupled with humanitarian and creative ideas. Mr. Khanna further mentioned that this international conference will provide Arnav with a unique platform to present the views of the younger generation on various pressing global issues such as health, gender equality, and economic development. It will also ensure active youth participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

               Mr. Khanna added that Arnav is a talented student at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I and actively participates in various social awareness programs organized by the school. Besides being an artist, writer, and poet, Arnav is deeply engaged in ancient and modern historical facts as well as environmental issues. He also holds a keen interest in expressing his views on international matters. To raise environmental awareness among students and youth, Arnav established the International Youth Concerned Society at just 13 years of age. In addition, Arnava has been a member of the Global Coordination Team. He has actively participated in various forums like the Asia-Pacific Youth Forum, Regional Dialogue on Youth Empowerment in Climate Action, World Food Forum, and Global Youth Summit, significantly contributing to social upliftment efforts.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. Lucknow, 13 September: The 15th inter-school 'Kids Bonanza-2024', organized by City Montessori School, Station Road Campus, at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, showcased the extraordinary talents of young students.
