National Band Competition winning CMS team meets the Governor

Lucknow, February 20 : The student team of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, which secured the first prize in the National School Band Competition, visited the Raj Bhavan today to receive blessings from the Hon'ble Governor, Smt. Anandiben Patel. The team was led by the CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon. On this occasion, the Governor praised the students for their versatile talents and appreciated the contributions of Band Directors,
Mr. Haripath, Mr. Balam Singh Bisht, and Mr. Sunil Singh Rawat. She remarked, "CMS students are immensely talented. I also congratulate the teachers who are not only nurturing the students' abilities but also instilling life values and character excellence in them." The CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Hon'ble Governor for taking the time to meet the CMS students.

        It is noteworthy that the talented Pipe Band team of CMS Kanpur Road Campus won the first prize at the National School Band Competition held at the National Stadium in New Delhi. This competition was recently organized as part of the 76th Republic Day celebrations, in which prestigious schools from across the country participated. Despite tough competition, the Pipe Band team of CMS Kanpur Road Campus won the first prize with their musical performance, showcasing exceptional creativity, high discipline, and national pride.In an informal conversation, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon shared her experience of meeting the Governor, saying, "This meeting is a memorable moment for all of us that will always inspire us. Her Excellency is a person of simplicity, grace, and high moral values. She met the students with great affection and encouraged them. This interaction will undoubtedly inspire other students to strive for excellence.

Grand Opening of the International Sports, Arts, and Music Competition ‘SAM-2024’

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
