CMS Republic Day tableau to focus onOne Supreme Creator One World Family: Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, Manager, CMS

Lucknow, January 20: City Montessori School is set to present a unique tableau on the theme “Parampita Hai Ek, Vishwa Pariwar Hamara Hai (God is one and we all are the members of One World Family)' at this year’s Republic Day Parade. The CMS tableau will not only inspire thoughts of unity, peace, and harmony among people but also call upon the global society to create a beautiful and safe world for future generations. This tableau nearing its completion to be displayed at the Republic Day Parade and it was shown to the journalists at a press conference held here today at CMS Kanpur Road premises. On this occasion, CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon shared detailed insights into the various aspects of the tableau and stated that it aligns with the spirit of ‘Sarvadharma Sambhava’, 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam', and 'Jai Jagat'. This CMS tableau will inspire the public to love human beings in line with India's cultural ethos of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' and make an appeal for a world order which is full of love, compassion and cooperation. She expressed confidence that like previous years, the CMS tableau will surely be the centre of attraction at this year's Republic Day Parade.

                 Highlighting the unique features of the tableau during the press conference, Prof. Kingdon explained that the CMS tableau comprises four parts, each presenting a distinctive message of “One World Family.” The first part depicts religious figures such as Lord Ram, Mahatma Buddha, Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammad, Guru Nanak Dev, and Bahá’u’lláh atop a globe, symbolizing that the source of all religions is the one Supreme Creator. The second part demonstrates unity in diversity by showcasing various places of worship under one roof, including a Temple, a Mosque, a Church, a Gurudwara, Buddhist vihara, and Bahá’í temple. The third part represents a school that plays a vital role in fostering social development by nurturing the next generation with high moral values and making them ideal global citizens. The fourth part of the tableau features a child holding a globe, symbolizing the message of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” This segment emphasizes the importance of imparting global citizenship education to students in accordance with the National Education Policy 2020 and the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG-4).

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
