Second Day of Dr. Jagdish Gandhi Memorial Football Tournament


 Lucknow, November 8 : The second day of the 4-day Dr. Jagdish Gandhi Memorial Inter-school Football Tournament being organized by City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I at Chowk Stadium witness tough competition as the players of various teams fought for supremacy. Intense matches took place between various student teams, each impressing the spectators with their exceptional skill and gameplay. A total of six matches were held today, where the young footballers displayed extraordinary talent and teamwork.

            In the first match of the day, CMS Rajajipuram Campus defeated CMS Chowk Campus with a score of 2-0. Shresth from CMS Rajajipuram scored the first goal in the 6th minute, giving his team the lead, and Siddhant added another goal in the 20th minute, securing the 2-0 advantage that lasted until the end of the game. In another match, Seth A.R. Jaipuria School, Golf City, defeated CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I with a close score of 2-1. Diivit of Seth A R Jaipuria School scored two brilliant goals in the 22nd and 42nd minutes, which played a crucial role in the victory. Similarly, Delhi Public School, Jankipuram achieved a resounding 2-0 victory against Colvin Taluqdars’ College, with Anand Vardhan Dubey and Wilden Mustafa scoring in the 13th and 45th minutes, respectively. Similarly, La Martiniere College defeated CMS Rajajipuram with a score of 2-0, while CMS Kanpur Road Campus triumphed over CMS Mahanagar Campus with a 2-0 victory.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
