CMS Students win 38 medals including 6 Gold at the International Science Competition

Lucknow, 16 November : The talented students of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I, have brought glory to Lucknow on the global stage by winning 38 medals, including 6 gold, at the International Science Competition (VANDA-2024), organized under the aegis of the Singapore International Mastery Contest Center (SIMCC). In this prestigious competition, CMS Aliganj Campus I students Inaya Aftab, Arnav Dwivedi, Aryan Singh Dagur, Ananya Tripathi, Utkarsh and Amol Gupta showcased their brilliance by winning gold medals. Additionally,
12 students secured silver medals, 14 students clinched bronze medals and 6 students were honored for their exceptional performances. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon extended her best wishes for the bright future of these meritorious students and expressed gratitude to the Principal and teachers of the school. Mr Khanna informed that the competition was based on the Singapore School Science Syllabus and witnessed participation from students of grades 3 to 10 from various countries worldwide. Held annually, the objective of this competition is to foster creative thinking among students and promote competition and innovation in the field of science on an international platform.Mr. Khanna further stated that recognizing the importance of the scientific era, CMS is making extensive efforts to shape its students' perspectives to be scientific and global. Throughout the year, CMS organizes international competitions across various subjects, providing students with a platform to showcase their talent on a global stage. These efforts have enabled CMS students to set new benchmarks in various national and international competitions.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
