Grand inauguration of Dr. Jagdish Gandhi auditorium at CMS Rajajipuram

Lucknow, October 26 : The newly constructed "Dr. Jagdish Gandhi Auditorium" at City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I, dedicated to the memory of CMS founder Dr. Jagdish Gandhi, was inaugurated today by Chief Guest Dr. Dinesh Sharma, former Deputy Chief Minister and Member of the Rajya Sabha. In addition, Dr. Sharma inaugurated the new Robotics and AI Lab, Science Laboratory, Computer Lab, state-of-the-art Library, Orchestra Room, and various other facilities at the school by cutting the ribbon. Shri Awanish Kumar Singh, Member of Legislative Council, UP, graced the occasion by his benign presence. Ahead of this, CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon warmly welcomed Dr. Sharma and other distinguished guests. A large gathering of teachers, students, and parents attended the grand event, appreciating CMS management’s dedicated efforts toward the all-round development of students.

          Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that the life of the late Dr. Jagdish Gandhi was devoted to unity, peace, harmony and the brighter future of the coming generations. This auditorium is a step towards fulfilling his dreams, where ideas of unity, equality, and peace will flourish. Dr. Sharma added that Dr. Jagdish Gandhi’s visionary leadership has established Lucknow on the global map in the field of education. He expressed confidence that the auditorium would keep Dr. Gandhi’s cherished memories alive, inspiring future generations.

            CMS Manager Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, on this occasion, said that the auditorium is a testament to Dr. Jagdish Gandhi’s legacy dedicated to future generations. She said that Dr. Gandhi believed every child has the right to a peaceful and nurturing educational environment. Prof. Kingdon expressed confidence that the auditorium would play a significant role in spreading Dr. Jagdish Gandhi’s ideas worldwide. Ms. Nisha Pandey, Senior Principal of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I, expressed gratitude to the CMS management for providing modern facilities at the school.

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
