Government of India to award Rs 88 lakh INSPIRE Scholarship to 22 CMS students


 

Lucknow, 2 July : As many as 22 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I have been awarded the INSPIRE scholarship worth Rs. 88 lakhs by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh for five years. This scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue higher studies in Science. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna further informed that each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh in five years (Rs 80,000/- per year), amounting to Rs 88 lakhs scholarship for all the 22 students. These outstanding students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I have performed excellently in this year's All India ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2024 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" on the ISC merit list which made them eligible to receive this prestigious scholarship. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon while congratulating these students wished them a very bright future ahead.

            Mr Khanna informed that the talented students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I who have been shortlisted for this scholarship comprise Agrim Dev Sharma, Akshat Awasthi, Keshav Agarwal, Mahi Gupta, Mohd Maaz, Parth Khemka, Mohd Taha Ghayas, Vansh Verma, Vishnu Priya, Abhinav Sahu, Yash Saxena, Dashmesh Deep Singh, Krishna Agarwal, Ayusheka Kesarwani, Swayam Garg, Shambhavi Saxena, Vansh Bajpai, Yamina Zehra, Aryan Jaiswal, Siddharth Mittal Jain, Pushti Rastogi and Pradhuman Agarwal. These students give credit for their tremendous success to their parents, teachers and the peaceful and divine atmosphere of CMS.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations.
