CMS student wins first prize in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha

Lucknow, July 22:  Sabahat Afzal, a talented Class VII student of City Montessori School, Station Road Campus brought laurels to the school by winning the first prize in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha organized by Gayatri Teerth, Shantikunj, Haridwar. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon has wished this talented gem of CMS a very bright future. This information was given by the Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Rishi Khanna. Mr Khanna informed that students from various noted schools participated in this prestigious contest where they were examined in moral values, ancient Indian culture, science and technology. Clearly, this talented CMS student demonstrated excellent knowledge on the cultural heritage of the country and moral values and came out with flying colours securing the first prize. Organizers of the contest, while praising her global perspective, full of humanitarian and spiritual thinking, rewarded her with a Certificate and Medal.

             Mr Khanna said that CMS provides holistic education to its students, so that they progress in life, and remain grounded to their roots. It is good if a child is intelligent, but of more significance if he or she is morally strong and upright as an individual, a gift of God to mankind and a pride of the human race.

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
