Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurates TeachersWelcome Function at CMS

Lucknow, 29 June : Hon'ble Chief Minister of UP, Shri Yogi Adityanath ceremoniously inaugurated the 'Teachers Welcome Function' today as the Chief Guest at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium whereas the District Magistrate of Lucknow, Shri Suryapal Gangwar was present as the Special Guest of Honour. Addressing the august gathering of teachers on this occasion, Shri Yogi Adityanath said that he was fortunate to come to this honouring ceremony of teachers as they are the shapers of society and the future generation. He paid homage to the late Founder-Manager of CMS and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi saying that Dr Jagdish Gandhi had dedicated his entire life to the upliftment of society and creating a bright future for the future generation. Dr Jagdish Gandhi made innumerable sacrifices to bring hope and joy in the lives of lakhs of children. Shri Yogi Adityanath expressed his belief that CMS will carry forward the legacy of Dr Jagdish Gandhi and spread his ideas across the world. He called upon the teachers to be humane, kind and sensitive to children's needs. On this occasion, CMS Founder-Director and renowned educationist, Dr Bharti Gandhi and CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon expressed heartfelt gratitude towards the most dedicated and dutiful teachers of the institution.

          The main attraction of the function was the honouring of 74 CMS students, who had topped and secured 99% and above marks in the ISC and ICSE Board Examinations this year, thus bringing laurels to the city of Lucknow nationally. Each of these students was presented a prize cheque of Rs. One Lakh by the CMS Management. In this way, a total of Rs. 74 lakh was given away as award by the institution. The students who had been selected for pursuing higher education with scholarship in the top universities of the world were also felicitated and honoured. The programme commenced with the School Prayer followed by a musical rendition of Vande Mataram, World Unity Prayer, Prayer Dance and an all Religion Prayer which set the stage for the reverential festival of education. The highlights of the day were the beautiful Choreography, English choir, English Instrumental Choir and many more items. A presentation on CMS Vishwa Voice radio and mock World Parliament on the topic 'Good and Quality Education' were appreciated by one and all.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
