CMS Summer Camp achieves new milestone in promoting all-round students development

Lucknow, May 30 : New and delightful ways are being adopted at City Montessori School to make Summer Camps a journey of adventure, learning and joy. Students are enjoying attending these camps which have proved to be playgrounds of learning, teaching new skills and promoting all round personality development.  Pulsating with thrills and excitement, the students are practicing yogic exercises, self-defence techniques, badminton, taekwondo, basketball, skating, western and Indian dance and music leading to full flowering of talents. These free Summer Camps help in inculcating values of unity, harmony, peace and brotherhood among the children and provide opportunities for chasing their passion and interests. Parents and guardians are thrilled to see their children developing mentally, physically and emotionally and enjoying their childhood to the fullest extent. They are full of gratitude towards the School management for organizing these Camps.

            Summer Camp of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II is a memorable time for the students as it is a training ground for them to take up greater challenges in life and do bigger tasks. The Camp begins early in the morning at 5.30 a.m. and eager and energetic children bubbling with excitement plunge into the activities of their choice. While on the one hand, they learn yoga and physical fitness exercises, on the other hand the melodious notes of music attract their attention and morning ragas are sung and played on musical instruments.  Healthy competition is witnessed among the children. Their cries of joy and laughter indicate their pleasure and enjoyment in learning and developing new skills. Headmistress of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II, Ms Gaganpreet Kaur said that it is our endeavor that children develop wholesome personalities and become confident, skilled human beings. The life-skills picked up by the children at these camps will go a long way in making these children world citizens and world leaders.

Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated. Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
