CMS student Prathith secures International Rank 1 in International Science Olympiad

Lucknow, March 27 : Prathith Upadhyay, a brilliant student of Class V, City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has made Lucknow proud by securing the first rank internationally at the International Science Olympiad organized under the aegis of Science Olympiad Foundation, New Delhi. Students from various countries participated in this competition and showcased their capabilities on the international stage. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of City Montessori School, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that this meritorious CMS student scored a perfect 60 out of 60 in Science at this international competition, bringing laurels to his school and country. For this achievement, he is being honoured with an international gold medal, citation and cash prize of Rs. 50,000/- by the organizers. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon expressed her happiness on this achievement of CMS student, Prathith and wished him a very bright future ahead. She also thanked the Principal, Mrs Abha Anant and the teachers of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I for guiding and motivating the children and helping them realize their potential. 

            Mr Sharma said that CMS not only encourages its students to participate in national and international competitions as per their aptitude and interest, but also provides them the necessary guidance, knowledge and skills for doing so. Further, CMS is taking every step to develop a scientific and global outlook among students. This is the reason that CMS students are winning scores of gold and silver medals in competitions held at various levels throughout the year.

Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated. Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
