CMS student emerges champion in Abacus Competition

Lucknow, March 15 : Arnav Pandey, a student of Class VI at City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II brought laurels to the institution by winning the Champion Trophy in the Abacus Competition. The competition was held under the Brainobrain Fest-2024 organized by an educational institute Brainobrain. CMS Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, while blessing this student wished him success in his future endeavours. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that students from various noted schools participated in this competition to showcase their analytical skills. Amidst tough competition, this brilliant student of CMS Aliganj Campus II opted for various abacus tricks to solve mathematical problems and was declared the champion. His achievement has paved the way for his bright future, elevating the school's flag high nationally and internationally. The organizers were all praises for him and rewarded him with a certificate, medal and trophy.

            Mr Sharma said that apart from imparting the knowledge of the regularly prescribed subjects, CMS encourages its pupils to make their mark in various activities, leading to their overall personality development. It is for this reason that CMS students are earning name and fame for themselves and their country not only at the national but also international level, winning medals and trophies in different fields of knowledge and creative fields like fine arts, music, social service, debates, etc.

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
