CMS student Aarav secures AIR 2 in Maths Olympiad

Lucknow, February 16 : Aarav Kumar Singh, a brilliant Class VII student of Cambridge  Section of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I has brought laurels to the city by securing the National Rank 2 in the International Abacus, Vedic and Mental Maths Olympiad. This Olympiad was organized under the aegis of the educational institution Mind Power Education, in which more than 5000 students from India and abroad had participated. This information has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr Sharma added that this competition was organized in three phases in which the talented CMS student excelled by answering difficult maths questions with lightning speed and proved that in future too, he will make the country proud with his knowledge and talents. The organizers of the Olympiad praised the Mathematical skills of Aarav and honoured him with a citation. CMS President and Manager, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon has wished him a very bright future ahead. She also expressed her gratitude towards the Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Shivani Singh and the teachers of the school for their hard work and dedication.

        Mr Sharma said that CMS endeavours to bring out multifarious talents of students to empower them to pace ahead rapidly  in life  by providing them with opportunities for further growth and development.  CMS aims at imparting such education to children that can prepare them as world leaders so that they lead the world with their broadened humanistic approach. It has enabled  CMS students to win the maximum number of prizes in different national and international competitions and earn laurels for the state and the nation.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
