Lucknow, October 17 : City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has been honoured with “Best School in Uttar Pradesh” award for the 11th year consecutively by Education World Magazine. The award was presented to the school’s versatile principal, Mrs Abha Anant at a grand ceremony held at J W Marriott Hotel in New Delhi. The honouring ceremony was organized under the aegis of the prestigious national educational magazine ‘Education World.’ Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that the school has received the singular honour of being No I in the state for the 11th time in a row, a feat that is a record in itself. CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon has expressed her joyfulness and pride at this marvellous achievement giving all credit to the school’s dynamic Principal Mrs Abha Anant, its dutiful teachers and praiseworthy students.
Mr Sharma stated that as per school rankings of reputed educational magazine ‘Education World’, CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I has been placed on No. I Rank in Lucknow and UP as the Best Co-Ed Day School beating the tough competition in the state. Several Co-Ed Day schools from all over the country were in the fray and assessed by the magazine on various different criteria. CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I not only fulfilled the conditions but emerged excellent and way ahead of others. The shortlisted schools were assessed on 14 measuring standards that included academic reputation, competence of faculty, curriculum and pedagogy, leadership management, infrastructure, community service, online education etc. Standing first as overall No 1, CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I was honoured with the title of ‘Best Co-Ed Day School in Lucknow and in Uttar Pradesh, a matter of great pride for the city and the state.
