Minister for Womens Welfare, Smt. Baby Rani Maurya inaugurates Celesta International-2023

Bhajan Samraat, Anup Jalota spells magic with melodious bhajans

Lucknow, 16 August : Minister for Women's Welfare, Child Development and Nutrition, UP, Smt. Baby Rani Maurya ceremoniously inaugurated the 'Celesta International-2023' this evening at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. The 4-day International Cultural Fiesta 'Celesta International-2023' is organized by City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I from 16 to 19 August at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium in which around 500 students from top schools of USA, Bangladesh, Nepal and various states of India are participating. At the scintillating opening ceremony of 'Celesta International-2023', Bhajan Samraat, Padmashri Anup Jalota captivated the hearts of Lucknowites with his musical stream of Bhajans that filled the atmosphere with divine radiance and symphony. His mastery over rhythm and melody were a delight to listen and enjoy.  Mr. Jay Sand, a renowned musician from America also mesmerized the audience with his unique presentation. Apart from this, CMS students presented several educational-cultural items in honour of the distinguished guests, participating teams, parents and guardians.

            Addressing the gathering on this occasion, Chief Guest, Smt. Baby Rani Maurya said that CMS has taken a commendable step in organizing this International Cultural Olympiad and bringing various countries and cultures to compete on a global platform. This creates a feeling of unity in diversity. Music and dance add joy and spice to life. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that CMS Aliganj is setting up a fine example of universal peace, unity and love through this International Music and Dance Festival. On this occasion, Convener of Celesta International-2023 and Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap said that at this international fiesta, the participants from India and abroad will  not only display their talents in various contests but also showcase the rich culture and tradition of their own countries. Co-Convener and  Principal, Mrs Shivani Singh said that the objective of Celesta is to bring out the multi-faceted talents of children leading to their balanced growth and development and also develop them spiritually.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
