CMS delegation leaves for the Netherlands to attend International Youth Meeting

Lucknow, July 29 : A five member students' delegation of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I left for the Netherlands to participate in the 15-day International CISV Youth Meeting being held there. The student members of the delegation to the Netherlands are Inakshi, Revant Verma, Aradhya Singh and Yasharthi Srivastava. Ms Junu Thakur Bisht, teacher of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, is the leader of this delegation. Members of the delegation were bidden farewell by their parents and teachers at Charbagh Railway Station prior to their departure. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that this 15-day International Meeting is being organized under the aegis of Children's International Summer Village (CISV) organization, UK, in which students' delegations of various countries are participating along with their team leaders. Mr Sharma added that the young delegates will exchange thoughts on peace education during the 15-day meeting forming a new global culture full of friendship, cordiality and brotherhood.

            Mr Sharma stated that CISV believes in building cross-cultural friendships through rich exchange of thoughts and ideas for constructing bridges of peace and harmony in the world. Small meetings evolve great thoughts and therefore, this meeting is held to provide a common forum for students of various countries to spread peace, stability and unity in the world.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. New State-of-the-Art Robotics Lab inaugurated at CMS

Lucknow, 16 October : A new State-of-the Art Robotics Lab has been set up at City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated this newly created robotics lab this morning at CMS Mahanagar Campus in an enthusiastic and joyful atmosphere. On this occasion, CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi, Principals of various CMS campuses, teachers, students and parents registered their enthusiastic presence and appreciated CMS efforts to provide practical knowledge of modern science and technology to the students.
