CMS delegation returns from Indonesia after attending Asia Pacific Regional Conference and Workshop

Lucknow, May 7 : A three-member delegation of City Montessori School returned from Indonesia after attending Asia Pacific Regional Conference and Workshop. Upon their arrival, CMS representatives Mr Anurudh Singh, Ms Sudipta Singh and Ms Samata Rai were accorded a warm welcome at Amausi airport. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr. Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma informed that the conference was organised from May 1 to 6 in Bali city of Indonesia under the auspices of Children's International Summer Village Camp (CISV) which is headquartered in England, provided a forum for training teachers and professionals in building unity and peace in the world. Representatives from 14 countries viz Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Vietnam, India etc. participated in this conference.

            Mr Sharma further informed that this conference had actually been a training programme to promote the values of friendship, freedom, justice, equality and cooperation which are being challenged in the present world. This conference was a wonderful opportunity to share ideas and knowledge, and strengthen efforts in the Asia Pacific Region. The forum also gave the participants an opportunity to learn and understand the importance of international cooperation, collaboration and sharing of learning. It may be recalled that CMS has been hosting CISV Camps for the past 29 years and sending students' delegations to attend such camps across the globe.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
