Art & Craft celebrations bring out multifaceted talents of children — Dr Jagdish Gandhi, Founder, CMS

Lucknow, May 1: City Montessori School, Indira Nagar Campus organized a grand 'Art, Craft and Science Exhibition' on its well decorated premises. The young children amazed everyone with the display of their artistic skills at the function. The exhibition was inaugurated by the CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi. Addressing the gathering of parents, Dr Gandhi said that these functions give an impetus to students to realize their multi-faceted talents and bring happiness and enthusiasm in the daily routine of life. He was full of praise for the students' talents which are flowering in art and craft exhibitions leading to their all-round personality development.

            Parents and guardians were overjoyed to witness the self-made science models and art work at this exhibition.  Students expressed their thoughts on canvas as well as in craft items in a very artistic and beautiful manner. While on one hand, the students won the hearts of all with their beautiful and creative art and craft pieces and science and computer models, on the other hand, they impressed the parents with their educational-cultural programme revealing their multifaceted talents through songs, skits and dances. Children received a lot of appreciation from parents for their artistic work. The students seemed very enthusiastic and explained their creative models and art and craft pieces with great interest and confidence.

            Principal of CMS Indira Nagar Campus, Mrs Ruchi Bhuvan Joshi said that CMS imparts material, social and spiritual education to children and makes them fit and balanced individuals making them Total Quality Persons. She extended her heartfelt gratitude to one and all for immense success of the programme.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
