Let children grow up with a global outlook — Dr Jagdish Gandhi

Lucknow, March 14: City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus I organized Divine Education Conferences today in a grand way at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi inaugurated the function by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the large gathering of parents on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that our rich cultural heritage believes in Vasudhaiv Kutumbkam and we must imbue the seeds of this concept in the young minds of our children to develop in them a global outlook since the stage of adolescence. We must teach them the virtues of compassion, kindness, brotherhood, tolerance, love, unity and peace in children so that they work for the betterment of society when grown up. On this occasion, CMS Founder-Director, Dr Bharti Gandhi also motivated the students profusely praising their multifaceted talents. CMS President and Managing-Director, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon honoured the meritorious students of Pre-Primary, Primary and Cambridge section of the school by presenting the medal and citation.

            On this occasion, students of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I presented several educational and cultural items to win the hearts of all. They spread the message of World Unity and World Peace through World Unity and All Religion Prayer. Besides, the wonderful presentations of qawwali, folk dance, group song etc. were appreciated by one and all. Principal of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I, Mrs Nisha Pandey said that CMS has taken upon its shoulders the responsibility to prepare students as 'Total Quality Persons' but it is only feasible with the continued cooperation of parents. She thanked the parents for their presence at the function and for inspiring the students.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
