Foundation of an ideal society is laid in school — Shri Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister, UP

Lucknow, March 21 : City Montessori School, Station Road Campus organized its Divine Education Conference in a grand and joyous manner at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium. Chief Guest, Shri Brajesh Pathak, Deputy Chief Minister, UP, inaugurated the function ceremoniously by lighting the lamp of learning. Addressing the gathering on this occasion, the Chief Guest, Shri Pathak said that the foundation of an ideal society is laid in school wherein the younger generation is provided not only character based education with moral values but also plenty of opportunity for realizing its potential and talent. Motivating students, he advised the young children to set a high goal for themselves and develop their global thinking and universal values.

            Welcoming the Chief Guest, Shri Brajesh Pathak, CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that a modern school has tremendous social responsibility on its shoulders. It aims at making every child both inwardly good and spiritual and outwardly smart and accomplished. Earlier, the programme began with the All Religion and World Peace Prayer followed by  several colourful educational-cultural items carrying the message of unity in diversity that kept the parents and guardians awe-struck. An array of educational-cultural items viz qawwali, action song, presentation of pre-primary students 'We are the stars', devotional song by mothers and many more won the hearts of one and all. On this occasion, students presented a mock World Parliament and discussed the present day global issues suggesting peaceful solutions for the same. The occasion became even more joyous with the happy faces of the prize-winners in class examinations and in various contests held throughout the year.

            At the end of the function, Principal of CMS Station Road Campus, Mrs Deepali Gautam expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the parents saying that CMS imparts material, human and divine education to nurture students as world citizens, gifts of God to humanity and Total Quality Persons.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
