Participating students display remarkable talent through skits, and computer competitions

Lucknow, 6 February : The participants of the two-day Inter-school Science Festival 'SCIFARI-2023' organized by City Montessori School, United world Campus at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium showcased singular talents on the last day in the painting, skit, fashion show, and computer competitions. They left the audience, judges, and parents mesmerized with their knowledge, artistic skills, and creative thinking.The competitions on the second and last day of the 'SCIFARI' started with Sci-Chem Pad (Canvas Painting) competition allowed the teams to paint their concept on the theme 'Mysteries of Space', with colour and brush, revealing the mysteries of the greatest creator of the universe. Students chose to paint their minds on the concepts - Galaxy of endless possibilities, Imagine the universe, Discovery of a Black hole, etc. Sci-Dressy Bee (Fashion) competition attracted much attention as the participants posed as their chosen scientific figure and also delivered their concepts.ThePrize Distribution and Closing Ceremony was held in the afternoon after the completion of the competitions. The winners were felicitated with certificates, trophies, and shields. The participating schools of 'Scifari-2023' included Foster Academy, La Martiniere Girls' College, Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Colvin Public School, Seth M R Jaipuria School, Hoerner College, Army Public School, Delhi Public School, Modern academy, Awadh Educational Academy Inter College, Dr Virendra Swarop Public School and several campuses of City Montessori School. The Convenor of SCIFARI-2023 and Principal of CMS World Unity Campus, Mrs Kanika Kapoor, extended her heartfelt thanks to the students, teachers, and team leaders, saying that the purpose of education is to develop the latent talents and capabilities of the students and 'Scifari-2023' was convened, with this objective in mind.

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
