CMS student wins first prize in painting competition


 

Lucknow, February 21 : Shreshtha Saraswat, a talented student of City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus brought laurels to the institution by winning the first prize in an inter-school painting competition. She was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000/- for this achievement. Shreshtha won the first prize by showcasing her artistic talent at the 'Rang De Basanti Painting Competition' organized to mark the G-20 Summit held recently. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated her and wished her success in future endeavours. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the students of several noted students participated in this competition wherein this talented CMS student performed excellently giving the message of world unity and world peace through her artwork.  Judges of the event profusely praised her artistic talent rewarding her with the first prize.

           Mr Sharma informed that CMS always motivates its students to move ahead and perform with excellence by participating in innovative and creative competitions and chisel their skills in different fields. The unique teaching methedology of CMS prepares its students to win various national and international prizes in contests and bring laurels to the institution.

New State-of-the-Art Robotics Lab inaugurated at CMS

Lucknow, 16 October : A new State-of-the Art Robotics Lab has been set up at City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated this newly created robotics lab this morning at CMS Mahanagar Campus in an enthusiastic and joyful atmosphere. Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated.
