CMS Principal, Mrs Abha Anant conferred Most Effective Principal Award

Lucknow, February 12 : Principal of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant has been honoured with the 'Most Effective Principal Award' at the 9th GESS Leadership Awards Ceremony held at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi, for her unparalleled  contribution to the education sector. On this occasion, teacher of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Sameena Zaheer was also conferred with the  'Most Active Teacher Award' for her achievement. This felicitation ceremony was organized under the aegis of Think Unique Infomedia at All India level. At this glittering felicitation ceremony, Former Pro Vice-Chancellor of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNU), Prof. M S Pant honoured and awarded these two eminent educationists of CMS by presenting them citation and memento. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi has expressed his happiness on this achievement saying that hard work and dedication of CMS Principals and teachers has enabled the school to scale new heights. Teachers have achieved remarkable goals during the school's 64 years of academic journey, which is a matter of pride not only for the school but for the entire city as well as the state.

            Mr Sharma further said that Mrs Abha Anant's contribution is not confined to academics alone but she is continuously engaged in efforts to make the future generation an ideal citizen of society by connecting them with academic excellence as well as life values. She is playing an important role in the development of purposeful education system full of integrity. Similarly, Mrs. Sameena Zaheer has established high-level standards of teaching-learning by adopting creativity and innovation in the teaching method.  Mr Sharma added that CMS imparts material, human and spiritual education to its students making them energetic and balanced human beings, a gift of God to human beings and a Total Quality Person.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

New State-of-the-Art Robotics Lab inaugurated at CMS

Lucknow, 16 October : A new State-of-the Art Robotics Lab has been set up at City Montessori School, Mahanagar Campus. CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon inaugurated this newly created robotics lab this morning at CMS Mahanagar Campus in an enthusiastic and joyful atmosphere. Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated.
