Children of 9 countries enjoy visit to Bara Imambara


 

Lucknow, 17 January : Students from 9 countries participating in 28th International Children's Camp being hosted by City Montessori School, were on a sightseeing tour of Lucknow today. They were thrilled to witness the cultural heritages of Lucknow. These young representatives of Brazil, Finland, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mongolia, Mexico, Sweden and India visited Bara Imambara and Chhota Imambara and closely observed the 'Ganga-Jamuni' culture of Lucknow as well as tasted famous and delicious cuisine. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that CMS is hosting International Children's Camp from 28 December 2022 to 24 January 2023 wherein students of 9 countries are staying under one roof and experiencing the values of unity, peace, compassion, cooperation, brotherhood and friendship besides understanding Indian culture, traditions, food habits and the customs.

               Mr Sharma informed that the aim of this International Children's Camp is to bring together children from varied cultures on a common platform and encourage rich exchange of ideas so that friendships may grow deep, understanding may develop establishing unity and peace across the globe. CMS is hosting the 28th International Children's Camp and facilitating food, accommodation, games and sports, sight-seeing of historical places and medical facilities etc.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad. Mr. Khanna informed that Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra of CMS Aliganj Campus II scored a perfect 100% marks in the CREST Teacher Mathematics Olympiad, earning a gold medal.
