Participants make socially beneficial models making people sensitive toward environmental protection

Lucknow, December 6 : The fourth day of the five-day International Youth Fest-2022 organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium saw outstanding creativity, originality, and brilliance of participating teams came from India and abroad in making socially beneficial models and very clearly, and emphatically, they tried to make people understand that humanity of the world can only progress if the environment is protected. The model-making contest allowed the teams to unravel their original thinking to awaken elders.

            The theme of the model-making competition was 'Sustainability and Environment Friendly Practices', allowing the participants to project that transformation on the earth can only happen if the earth turns into a lush green planet with a clean environment. Their models explicitly expressed their concerns about the harmful effects of pollution and climate change. The young minds gave the message to the people to think globally and act locally. The participants of Rustomji International School, Jalgaon, Maharashtra, made a model ‘Ecoheal’, and the participants of Delhi Public School, Bhopal, informed all about the sustainable system through their model on ‘Eco-friendly Society’. Similarly,   the students of Jaycees Public School, Rudrapur, prepared a model ‘Dust Settler’, and the students of Blue Bells Model School, Gurugram, made a ‘Terracotta Air conditioner’. The students of Sir Padampat Singhania School, Kota, Rajasthan, made the ‘Go Green, Go Clean’ model, the students of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I made ‘Eco-park’, and the students of Aryan International School, Varanasi, gave ideas for a sustainable society through their model on Metro Station and stores, etc. Similarly, many more teams exhibited their talents in model making competition.Tomorrow, on the fifth and last day of the International Youth Festival 2022, choreography contest will be held, followed by prize distribution cum closing ceremony at 3:30 pm.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
