Govt of India awards Rs 48 lakh scholarship to 12 students of CMS


 

Lucknow, 10 November : As many as 12 meritorious students of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus have been awarded scholarship of Rs 48 lakh by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, wherein each student will be getting Rs 4 lakh. The talented students of CMS Kanpur Road Campus who have been shortlisted for this scholarship comprise Anshika Singh, Aarushi Singh, Ojasva Saigal, Himanshu Gupta, Arunima Singh, Aman Kumar Tulsyan, Kovidh Singh, Mohd. Jawwad Rizvi, Mriganka Shekhar Shandilya, Shivansh Bhatnagar, Vivek Kumar Patel and Devansh Bansal. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated all the students for their outstanding achievement and wished them success in all their future endeavours. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that this scholarship will be given to CMS students to pursue their higher studies in science. These students give credit for their tremendous success to their parents, teachers and the peaceful and divine atmosphere of CMS.

            Mr Sharma further informed that each student will be getting Rs 80,000/- per year for five years, thus a total of Rs 4 lakh each, amounting to Rs 48 lakh scholarship for all the 12 students. Mr Sharma further stated that these outstanding students of CMS Kanpur Road Campus have performed excellently in the ISC (Class XII) Board Examination-2022 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" merit list which made them eligible for this prestigious scholarship.

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
