CMS teacher, Soma Chandra make it to top 1% of teachers rank internationally

Lucknow, November 14 : Ms Soma Chandra, a teacher at City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I has secured a place among the top 1% of teachers internationally. Mr Chandra has earned this achievement by dint of her outstanding performance in the International Teachers Olympiad, bringing glory to the city of Lucknow. CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Ms Chandra and wished her success in future endeavours. This information was given by Shri Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Shri Sharma informed that in this International Olympiad, Ms Chandra showcased her outstanding teaching and professional skills with exquisite performance on all parameters in teaching methods like curriculum, pedagogy, technology, student engagement, learning environment, assessment, and data, etc, and secured a place among top 1% teachers at the international level. Over 2,75,000 teachers from 47 countries participated in this Olympiad. Ms Chandra has been awarded a cash prize of Rs 10,000/-, certificate and recognition at the national and international level, and direct entry to the ‘Teacher Impact Award’ contest.

            Shri Sharma further informed that it was only due to the dedication and conscientiousness of CMS teachers that the school is setting new records in academics each day. CMS teachers have consistently upgraded their teaching methodologies in the 63-year journey of the school and achieved high milestones by delivering the best results, bringing glory not only to the city but also doing the country and the state proud. He added that CMS is striving to make its students, citizens with a balanced personality, a gift of God to mankind, and total quality persons by imparting all three types of education including spiritual, human, and divine education.

Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated.
