CMS student wins first prize in poster making competition


 

Lucknow, October 27 : Harshit Singh, a talented class 5 student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II brought laurels to the institution by winning first prize in the zonal level poster making competition organized under the aegis of Deep Infotech Charitable Trust. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi heartily congratulated Harshit for his achievement and wished him success in his future endeavours. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer, Mr Hari Om Sharma. He added that the students from several noted schools of Lucknow participated in this competiton and amidst a tough competition, Harshit displayed exemplary creative thinking and artistic skills bagging the first prize. Through his first prize winning poster, he drew the attention to the problem of growing population of the world. Appreciating his creative skills, the organisers awarded him with a certificate.

            Mr Sharma informed that realizing the importance of this scientific age, CMS is striving to develop a global outlook in its students. For this, the school organizes several international events based on science and other subjects. These events provide an international platform to the students besides honing their skills and building their confidence. This is why CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, and various other fields.

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
