Students showcase their talents at the Open Day celebrations

Lucknow, August 21 : The ‘New Parents Day’ and ‘Open Day’ celebrations organized by City Montessori School, Asharfabad campus saw little students display their multifaceted talents which left the parents mesmerized. In a spectacular programme, students displayed their versatility and gave a wonderful presentation of their creative thinking and global vision. The grandparents of the students were specially invited on the occasion. A large number of parents who were present on the occasion, took a tour of the Asharfabad campus, and witnessed various modern facilities available for students. They interacted with the students and appreciated their creative abilities. The parents lauded the school’s efforts for overall development of the students.

            Earlier, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi inaugurated the ‘New Parents Day’ and ‘Open Day’ celebrations by lighting the ceremonial lamp. Addressing the parents on the occasion, Dr Gandhi said that it is our endeavor to provide all three kinds of education to children, including material, human and divine for their overall development and fill them with so much self-confidence that they are ready to face all the challenges of tomorrow. He thanked the parents for taking interest in the activities of the school and expressed his gratitude for encouraging all the students.

            The programme commenced with All-Religion and World Peace Prayer. Students added to the celebrations by presenting colourful educational-cultural programmes. The multifaceted talents of the students came to the fore with various educational-cultural presentations like group song, action song, Zumba etc. Mothers of meritorious students of class 10 were felicitated on this occasion while the presentation of ‘world parliament by the students won appreciation from the parents.

            Speaking on the occasion, Principal of Asharfabad campus, Mrs Trapti Dwivedi, said that CMS strives to make its students a balanced personality, a gift of God to mankind and a total quality person by imparting all three types of education including material, human and divine. She expressed her gratitude to the parents for their cooperation and suggestions in the efforts of the school.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
