Students get necessary guidance to reach their goals in Careers Day

Lucknow, July 26 : City Montessori School organized a one-day 'Careers Day' at CMS Kanpur Road Auditorium. On this occasion, thousands of students of classes 9 to 12 received necessary guidance from career experts on how to select the course to pursue as per their interest, and plan well to achieve their goal. Earlier, Dr Vikram Singh, IPS, Ex-DGP, Chancellor, Noida International University inaugurated the Careers Day by lighting the lamp. Addressing the students on the occasion, Chief Guest, Dr Vikram Singh motivated the students to make efforts with full dedication to achieve their goals, while explaining them principles of success. He advised the students that staying away from distractions like social media was necessary to concentrate on their goals.

        Welcoming the Chief Guest, other eminent guests, specialists, parents and students, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that the right choice of career is the cornerstone of future life. The purpose behind organizing this careers day is to guide the students towards their right career direction from now on so that they can take the right path in their future life. In her address, CMS President and MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon said that this event is a golden opportunity for students to overcome the dilemma related to career selection. Prof Kingdon emphasized on the spiritual development of students and encouraged them for skill development & adaptability and to remain aware of latest developments in the education field. Head of CMS Career Counselling Department, Mrs Chanda Kundra said that the objective of this event is to ensure that students do not face any difficulty in making their career choices, they should know what their goal should be and be mentally prepared to achieve that goal.

        At this Careers Day, academicians, counsellors and opinion leaders guided the students with their meaningful speeches. CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
