Lucknow, July 2 : Founder of City Montessori School and eminent educationist Dr Jagdish Gandhi cut the ribbon today to inaugurate the newly-constructed third campus of CMS in Rajajipuram. Mrs Nisha Pandey, Senior Principal of CMS Rajajipuram Campus, Ms Komal Valecha, Principal of Rajajipuram Campus III, and a large number of teachers, parents and dignitaries were present on the occasion. The large number of parents present on this occasion commended the newly constructed clean school campus equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, and were full of praise of CMS for its efforts of providing purposeful and balanced education to the students. The entire newly constructed school building was very beautifully decorated for the inauguration.

               Speaking on the occasion, CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that this new campus is a part of the CMS committment to give a new dimension to the all-round development and education of students. It is our endeavor that today's students excel not only academically, but also inculcate moral and spiritual values. Dr Gandhi said that this new campus of the school is a result of the encouragement of the parents of the school and the enlightened citizens of Lucknow. CMS Founder-Director Dr Bharti Gandhi, CMS President and MD, Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, and Chief Executive Officer, CMS, Mr Roshan Gandhi also graced the occasion with their dignified presence. The opening ceremony of CMS Rajajipuram Campus III began with the school prayer followed by the welcome song. On this occasion, little children of pre-primary and primary classes won the hearts of the parents with their presentation of an educative-cultural programme comprising the orchestra, skit, choreography, and other spectacular items.

               that CMS holds the Guinness World Record as the largest school in the world in terms of the number of pupils in a single city and it is the recipient of the UNESCO Prize for Peace Education for imparting the education of world peace to its students. Besides, the school has also won several national and international level honours and awards for its academic excellence and education based on human values and character development.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
