CMS Community Radio conducts workshop on World ORS Day


 

Lucknow, July 30: Community Radio of City Montessori School organized a workshop at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I auditorium on the occasion of World ORS Day to make the public, especially children, adolescents, and youth aware the about the importance of ORS. Students of classes 6 to 8 actively participated in the workshop. On this occasion, Dr. Salman Khan, Senior Pediatrician, Veerangana Avantibai Mahila Chikitsalaya (Duffrin), told them about the importance and use of ORS and demonstrated the method of preparing the same. He said that ORS is very important in de-hydration and told the students how it replenishes the body’s fluid levels. On this occasion, the students got answers to their curiosity by asking various questions related to the topic to Dr. Salman. At the end of the program, packets of ORS were distributed to all students.

            On this occasion, Mr R K Singh, Head of CMS Department of Films and Radio, informed that CMS Community Radio plays a pivotal role in spreading social awareness by conducting various public awareness programs on different topics from time to time.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Mrs Jyoti Kashyap, Senior Principal and Mrs Shivani Singh, Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus for starting classes of the Cambridge course and expressed confidence that the Cambridge section of the school will play a pivotal role in preparing the future generation for admission to the best universities of the world, and offer better employment prospects. A Spectacular Display of Talent by Little Students at Kids Bonanza

Lucknow, 13 September: The 15th inter-school 'Kids Bonanza-2024', organized by City Montessori School, Station Road Campus, at the CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, showcased the extraordinary talents of young students. In this grand event, student of classes Montessori, Nursery, KG, 1 and 2, from various schools of Lucknow, impressed everyone with their skills and knowledge in various exciting competitions such as Imagica, Createk, Artistic Yoga, Symphony, and Que Sera Sera.
