59 CMS toppers to be awarded cash prize of Rs. 64 lakh for excellence in Board Examinations

Lucknow, July 25 : City Montessori School organized a grand ceremony today to honour and felicitate its meritorious students who have brought laurels to the city of Lucknow for being among the top three national rankers in the ISC (Class XII) Board Examination 2022. On this occasion, the school management has announced cash prize of Rs. 64 lakhs for 59 CMS toppers, who have secured 99% and above marks in the ISC (Class XII) and ICSE (Class X) Board Examinations-2022. While the 5 CMS students securing All India Rank 1 will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh each, 54 other topper students will be awarded Rs. 1 lakh each for their unprecedented success.

        Chief Guest of the Meritorious Students Felicitation Function, Dr Navneet Sehgal, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Information and Public Relations, UP, inaugurated the grand ceremony by lighting the lamp of learning. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Sehgal said that CMS students' success in the examination is a thing of pride for the people of Lucknow and this would inspire other students as well. Addressing the students, Dr Sehgal said that success knows no shortcuts and hard work is the only key to success. He motivated the students to do their best with perseverance and sincerity.

        On this occasion, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that a total of 3109 CMS students took ISC Board Examination, out of which, 2023 students secured marks between 90 to 99.75% while 24 CMS students secured above 99% marks. On the other hand, 35 CMS students have passed the ICSE Board Examination with 99% and above marks. He said that as many as 2314 CMS students have passed the ICSE Board Examination with 90 to 99.80% marks.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
