Lucknow, 30 May : Two
students of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II namely Shashwat Verma
and Sakshi Choudhary have been awarded Rs. 8 lakh scholarship by the Ministry of Science and
Technology, Government of India. Thus,
each student will be getting Rs. 4 lakh as scholarship. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish
Gandhi while congratulating these meritorious students expressed gratitude
towards Principal and teachers of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II. This information
has come from Mr Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS. Mr
Sharma informed that the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of
India will award this scholarship to CMS students to pursue their higher
studies in Science. Each student will receive Rs. 80,000/- per year for five
years, or a total of Rs. 4 lakh as scholarship. Mr Sharma further stated that these
outstanding students have performed excellently in the ISC (Class XII) Board
Examination-2021 and secured a place among the "Top 1%" merit list
which gave them an opportunity to achieve this prestigious scholarship. They
give credit for their tremendous success to their parents and teachers and the
peaceful and divine atmosphere of CMS.
Lucknow, March 6: A grand online event 'Civil Service Conclave' was organized today under the aegis of International Relations Department of City Montessori School. Former CMS student and Member of Rajya Sabha, Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi added to the dignity of the function with his presence as the Chief Guest. The Conclave was joined by many eminent personalities, who are former students of CMS and presently serving the country as IAS, IFS, IPS, IRS officers. These eminent CMS alumni shared their experiences of student life in CMS and their experiences as civil servants with the current CMS students who dream of joining the coveted services.
