Meritorious students honoured at Young Achievers Felicitation Function held at CMS Gomti Nagar

Lucknow, May 28 : A grand Felicitation Function was organized for honouring and awarding prizes to the young achievers of City Montessori School at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I Auditorium here today. These outstanding and meritorious students have brought international name and fame to the school with their accomplishments in academic activities. Among those who were honoured were the meritorious students who have secured admissions with handsome scholarships in some of the best universities of the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Japan, Singapore, and Germany like the Cambridge University, California Institute of Technology (CalTech), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford University, Cornell University, Melbourne University, National University of Singapore etc.  Apart from this, awardees of National Talent Search Scholarship, Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna scholarship, National level winners of Biology, Physics and Mathematics Olympiads etc. including the students who have achieved name and fame in art, literature and various other academic fields were also specially honoured.

        An alumna of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus and presently an IAS officer, Ms Twinkle Singh felicitated these students as the Chief Guest. Addressing the large gathering of students on this occasion, Ms Twinkle said that CMS deserves heartiest congratulations for organizing such a grand function as such celebrations highly encourage and motivate the students to rise high and achieve profound success. Advising the students, she said that they must visualize where they want to see themselves after a few years.

        CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi blessed the students and said that CMS education shows the best way to become a total quality person by acquiring students material, human and divine education. These students are specially trained to become World Citizens and World Leaders who are committed to making the earth a better place to live and serving humanity without any prejudices of race, caste, creed or religion. Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, Mrs Abha Anant first congratulated the students and said that the school is truly proud of their marvellous achievements in studies, sports and co-curricular activities. Guest of Honour and CMS Gomti Nagar Alumna, Mrs Sulakshana Misra and Special Guest Mr Sumit Tripathi, also an Alumnus of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I and National ISC topper were also present on this occasion to inspire the students.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
