Lucknow, April 28 :
Anahita Singh, a talented student of Cambridge Section of City Montessori
School, Gomti Nagar Campus II has been offered a US$ 1,62,000 scholarship for
pursuing higher education. This scholarship will be provided to her by the
Centre College of the USA for pursuing a four-year undergraduate course. This
information has come from Shri Hari Om Sharma, Chief Public Relations Officer
of CMS. Mr Sharma informed that several other universities of the UK and the
USA have also offered admission to her with scholarship. Anahita has credited
this success to her teachers at CMS and the educational environment in school.
CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated this meritorious student and
wished her success in her future endeavours.
Mr Sharma added that each year, a large number of CMS
students are offered admission in top universities of the world. This year,
till now, over 80 CMS students have secured admissions with handsome
scholarships in some of the best universities of the USA, UK, Canada,
Australia, Japan, Singapore, Germany like Cambridge University, California
Institute of Technology (CalTech), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT),
Stanford University, Cornell University, Melbourne University, National
University of Singapore etc. Mr Sharma further stated that CMS is the only SAT
and Advanced Placement (AP) exam test center in Uttar Pradesh, which enables
students of UP and other surrounding states to apply for higher studies in the
best universities abroad on generous scholarships.
