Five year old CMS student Youngest to perform Surya Namaskar, enters the India Book of Records


 Lucknow, January 18 : Dreek Roy Mehta, a five year old student of City Montessori School, Chowk Campus earned a place in India Book of Records by becoming the ‘Youngest to perform Surya Namaskar’. A naturally versatile child, Dreek benefitted from the all-round development provided by the school and entered the India Book of Records by successfully completing all the asanas of Surya Namaskar in the shortest time at the youngest age. He took just 1 minute 41 seconds to complete all asanas of Surya Namaskar and earned the title of ‘Youngest to perform Surya Namasskar’ by India Book of Records.

              Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma informed that India Book of Records only includes extraordinary feats in its records to showcase them on a national platform.

              CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed delight at Dreek’s outstanding achievement and wished him a bright future.  He said that CMS encourages its students to excel in the fields of their interest and also provides them opportunities to participate in various national and international events to develop their overall personality. It is for this reason that CMS students are not only excelling in academics but also bringing laurels to the institution in other fields.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
