Anshika wins bronze in World Mathematics Championship

Lucknow, January 23 : Anshika Rani, a class 9 student of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I won bronze medal in World Mathematics Team Championship organised at international level by Macadamia Education Institute, Vietnam, bringing laurels to the city. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS,  Shri Hari Om Sharma informed that the championship was conducted for selected students from all over the world in 4 rounds, first being multiple choice questions round, second round being written round , third being the relay round and fourth,  the team round. Earlier 12 students from India including CMS student Anshik Rani were selected at the national level to participate in this championship.

        Anshik displayed her strong mathematical knowledge and skills in all the four rounds and earned a bronze medal amidst a tough competition. She was awarded a medal and a certificate for her achievement. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated Anshika for her outstanding achievement and wished her success in all her endeavours.

            Mr Sharma informed that CMS encourages its students to participate in the various competitions held at national and international level which helps their intellectual development and leads to a positive change in their ideological attitude. He said that CMS education aims at preparing children as world leaders capable of leading the global society with their developed humanitarian outlook.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
