Participants win applaud from the audience for their skills in Taekwondo


 Lucknow, December 23 : The second and final day of the two-day inter-school Taekwondo Championship being organized by City Montessori School, Station Road Campus at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium saw the student participants display their talent, agility, skills, and stamina which won appreciation from the audience. On the second day of the championship, preliminary, semi-final, and final matches of boys and girls were played in the under-41 weight category to under-50 weight category. All the matches were held on a knock-out basis as per the rules and regulations of ‘World Taekwondo’.that gold medal winners in the girls category are - Divyanshi Singh of Canossa School in 38 kg wt.; Kajal Pandey of RLB School in 35 kg wt.; Mysha Khan of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I in 32 kg wt.; Manasvini Manha Sing of CMS Kanpur Road Campus in 29 kg wt.; Tanisha Verma of CMS Aliganj Campus I 26 kg wt.; Arya Yadav of M S Vidhyavasini Inter College in 24 kg wt.; Himanshi of Galaxy Modern School in 22 kg wt.; Vartika Singh of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I in 20 kg wt.; Sheetal of RBI School in 18 kg wt. and Stuti of LPS Kalindi Park Branch in 16 kg wt. etc.

            Similarly, the gold medal winners in boys category are - Ojas Pandey of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I in 41 kg wt.; Saurya Shukla of CMS Aliganj Campus I in 38 kg. wt.; Kushagra Malviya of Delhi Public School in 32 kg wt.; Manoj Kashyap of New Avadha Public School in 29 kg. wt.; Aditya Rajak of Army Public School in 27 kg. wt.; Varun Kumar Gupta of Rainbow Model School in 25 kg. wt.; Anmol Sagar of Raj Kumar Academy in 23 kg. wt. and Mohd. Asad of Glorious Public School in 21 kg. wt. etc.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
