Inauguration of Vasudha International in CMS today Shri Jitin Prasad to be the Chief Guest


 Lucknow, December 12 : Vasudha International, an event based on sustainable development, being organised by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II will be inaugurated today on Monday, 13th December at 2.00 pm by Shri Jitin Prasad, Cabinet Minister for Technical Education, UP. Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Shri Hari Om Sharma informed that student delegations from USA, UK, Kuwait, Georgia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Mauritius, Jordan, Montenegro and different parts of India will participate in this important event. Shri Sharma further informed that the objective behind organising Vasudha International is to promote active contribution of students in achieving the ‘Sustainable Development Goals 2030’set by the United Nations so that an atmosphere of unity, peace, harmony and prosperity may be created through constructive development of our planet.

            Shri Sharma informed that the event required the student participants from India and abroad to prepare projects based on 17 sustainable development goals by practically discovering the problems at the community level and present a detailed research on their feasible solution. These projects were then evaluated at different stages and levels. The best projects received from India and abroad will be presented before the audience online on 13th and 14th December. The participants focused on the 17 goals of 'Sustainable Development' under the themes based on five essential elements of nature, Kutumb (family), Urja, Vayu, Van and Jal. They presented an in-depth study on various sustainable development goals like poverty alleviation, hunger eradication, health, quality education, gender inequality, clean energy and clean climate, clean water, biodiversity etc. Shri Sharma expressed confidence that this international event would prove to be a milestone in the development of humanity and ensuring the inculcation of useful values in the future generations.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music.
