Such competitions help in bringing out the talents of students — Shri Brajesh Pathak, Minister for Law & Justice, UP


 Lucknow, November 26: The three-day International Cosplay Competition, ‘Fantasm 2021’ being organized online by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus I got off to a grand start after inauguration by the Chief Guest, Shri Brajesh Pathak, Minister for Law & Justice, Uttar Pradesh. Student delegations from Australia, USA, Russia, Nepal, UAE and different parts of India shall compete in a variety of interesting competitions during the three-day course of the event. Speaking at the online inauguration of ‘Fantasm 2021’, the Chief Guest, Shri Brajesh Pathak said that such competitions play an important role in bringing out the latent talents in students. This event will also provide an opportunity to the young generation to showcase their skills and talents on an international platform.

            Welcoming the participants from India and abroad, CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that the values that are imparted to the young students in the initial years, guide them throughout their life. This event is being organized with the aim of nurturing the talent of students and develop in them, value of morality, good character, unity and peace which will prove to be important in making them ideal citizens of the society. CMS Founder-Director, Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi, CMS President & MD, Prof Geeta Gandhi Kingdon and the Chief Operating Officer, Mr Roshan Gandhi also motivated the students with their addresses. Convenor of ‘Fantasm 2021’ and Principal of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I, Mrs Jayashree Krishnan expressed her gratitude towards everyone and said that a new era of unity, friendship and brotherhood is also being ushered in the future generations with this event.

 CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Shri Hari Om Sharma informed that the competitions under International Cosplay, ‘Fantasm 2021’ will begin from tomorrow, i.e. Saturday, 27th November. ‘La Imaginacion’ (Poster Making) and ‘Super Actores’ (Role Play) competitions will be held from 10.15 am to 12.30 pm while ‘Ceuntista’ (Story-telling – Extempore) will be organized from 2 pm to 4 pm. Winners of ‘Tema Musical’ (Poem Recitation), ‘Caricaturas’ (Fancy Dress), ‘La Sucesion’ (Speech contest) and ‘La Novella’ (Theate) competitions will be announced on Sunday, 28th November at 3 pm in the prize distribution and closing ceremony of the event.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
