Irtiqua Irfan of CMS shines with All India Rank 7477 in NEET 2021


 

Lucknow, November 2 : Irtiqua Irfan of City Montessori School, Station Road campus secured an All India Rank 7477 in the prestigious NEET exams, results of which were declared late yesterday. Shikha Tripathi, who studied in CMS Rajajipuram campus till class X too secured a high rank of 5271. Another CMS student, Pragyanshi Tewari of Gomti Nagar Campus I cleared the NEET exams securing an All India Rank of 8892. NEET is the gateway to admission in prestigious medical colleges of the country.

            Daughter of a businessman, Irtiqua did her class XII from CMS Station Road Campus in 2020 with 98.5% marks. She says ‘I developed a keen interest in medicine since I was in class IX when I chose Biology as a subject. My teachers at CMS also constantly guided me and encouraged me to get in the field of medicine. I will now study to become an Oncologist’.  Her success mantra being, ‘be regular with your studies and attempt a lot of mock tests. It is ultimately your hard work that pays’.

            A total of 23 students from CMS qualified the prestigious NEET exams this year to study medicine from top medical colleges of the country as per information received till now. These are Shikha Tripathi from Rajajipuram Campus I; Irtiqua Irfan, Akshita Roy, Shayan Azad, Drashu Chauhan and Namira Khan from Station Road campus; Yagini Gupta, Shubha Vatsala Singh and Varnika Pandey from Aliganj Campus I; Devansh Gupta from Chowk campus; Prameet Kaur from Gomti Nagar Campus II; Kshitij Goswami, Pragyanshi Tiwari, Palak Sharma, Rishit Anand, and Sakshi Nigam from Gomti Nagar campus I; Yash Vardhan Sahu from Kanpur Road campus; Mansi Verma, Priyanka Jindal and Prathmesh Priyansh from Rajendra Nagar campus I and Priyanshu Kumar, Anmol Bahmne and Kashish Agrawal from RDSO campus.

            CMS Founder and educationist Dr Jagdish Gandhi congratulated these students for their brilliant achievement. He said: “CMS prepares its students for professional careers with free-of-cost coaching classes to excel in various competitive exams. This is why so many CMS students qualify in these prestigious exams every year”.

Advik of CMS bags two gold medals in National Taekwondo Championship

Lucknow, 11 October : Advik Sharma, a talented Class IV student of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus II,  brought name and fame to the city by bagging two Gold medals in Open National Taekwondo Championship held at Noida Indoor Stadium, Noida. This championship was organized under the aegis of Taekwondo Federation of India in which over 5000 athletes from across the country participated.
