CMS student wins first prize in poster making competition


Lucknow, 1st November: Navya Singh, a student of class 6 of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II brought laurels to the institution by winning first prize in the inter-school poster making competition on Space Technology. Navya made the poster on the theme, ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat – A Space Input’, displaying her exemplary creative thinking and artistic skills and bagged the first prize in the event which was organized under the aegis of Indian Society of Remote Sensing (Lucknow Chapter). With her scientific and global outlook, she showed immense possibilities of development in space and won the top prize amidst a tough competition in which students from several prestigious schools of Lucknow participated. Appreciating her creative skills, the organisers awarded her with a certificate. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi heartily congratulated Navya for her extraordinary achievement and wished her success in her future endeavours.

          CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that realizing the importance of this scientific age, CMS is striving to develop a global outlook in its students. For this, the school organizes several international events based on science and other subjects. These events provide an international platform to the students besides honing their skills and building their confidence. This is why CMS students are also making their mark at national and international levels in sports, music, and various other fields.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum.
