Government of India to award Rs 4 lakh scholarship each to seventeen CMS students


 

Lucknow, October 18 : Seventeen students of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road campus have secured Rs 4 lakh scholarship each from the Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Thus, a total of Rs 68 lakhs scholarship will be awarded to these seventeen students. They secured this prestigious scholarship by figuring in the top 1% merit list in the country based on their ISC (Class 12) percentage marks this year. These students have been offered this scholarship to pursue higher education in Sciences under which each student will receive Rs 80,000 per year for five years. CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi heartily congratulated these students and wished a bright future for them.

            These students of CMS Kanpur Road campus who have been chosen for this prestigious scholarship include Dhruv Dhingra, Sarthak Srivastava, Aryan Sinha, Vinayak Gupta, Anjali Sharma, Avantika Awasthi, Anshumali Suri, Pankhuri Asthana, Suryansh Kushwaha, Aniket Kanaujia, Vaishali Agarwal, Yashvardhan Sahu, Amay Singh, Harshika Srivastava, Saurabh Singh, Ayush Roy and Vaibhav Tiwari. These meritorious students credit their parents, teachers, and the study environment in their school for their outstanding achievement.

            It may be noteworthy to mention that CMS creates opportunities for its students to qualify various competitive exams and pursue higher study from the best universities by giving them free-of-cost coaching classes after school.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
