CMS to organize International Youth Convention on Commerce and Economics from 28 October

Lucknow, 24 October : A three-day International Youth Convention on Commerce and Economics (IYCCE 2021) will be organized online by City Montessori School, Station Road Campus from 28th to 30th October, 2021. Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Dr Dinesh Sharma will inaugurate the convention on Thursday, 28th October at 4 pm as Chief Guest.““Student teams from Sri Lanka, Nepal, Australia, Mauritius, Bangladesh, and different parts of India will participate in this International Convention. The inauguration of the event will see mesmerizing educational-cultural presentations by CMS students in honour of eminent guests, participating teams and their team leaders.

            This international convention will provide an opportunity to the national and international students to show their skills through competitions on an international platform which will aid them in further developing their leadership and management abilities.

            During the course of three days of this international convention, students from different countries will compete in a variety of interesting competitions like B-Plan (Creative Business Plan), Big Fight (Speech), Fintoons (Financial Cartoon), Sound of Silence (Choreography), Entrepreneur Expressions (speech) and Ad-guru (advertisement) etc.. Apart from the competitions, informative lectures from experts will provide further guidance to students. These experts include Ms. Kavita Pathak, Director, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Prof. Mohammad Muzammil, former Vice-Chancellor, Agra University and Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon, President & MD, CMS and Chair of Education Economics and International Development, University of London. Several other management experts and NGO leaders will also participate online in the convention and provide necessary guidance to the students.

            CMS Chief Public Relations Officer, Mr Hari Om Sharma informed that this International Youth Commerce and Economics Convention will provide an opportunity to students from different countries of the world to share their ideas and showcase their knowledge in an environment of healthy competition. He expressed confidence that this conference will prove to be helpful in developing leadership and management ability in the students of the country and abroad besides providing them with new ideas and knowledge.

CMS organizes Civil Service Conclave in a grand way

3rd Day of 4-day International Mathematics Olympiad Matheletics 2023

  Lucknow, December 2 : The third day of the International Mathematics Olympiad organized by City Montessori School, Rajajipuram Campus II was full of exciting moments. While on the one hand students excelled in Mathematical Quiz and Puzzle Competition, on the other hand the mathematical games were keenly contested by the eager participants. Students from top public schools of Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and various states of India entered into fierce competition, each team trying to outdo the other with superior skill and knowledge.                Competitions at ‘Matheletics 2023’ began in Group C today with the Mathsketeers (Quiz) Contest. The written round was completed today in which the top ten teams were selected for the final round. The written round brought to light the hidden talents in mathematics and tested the logical and numerical ability of the participants of various countries. CMS Girls Brass Band Team wins national honour at National School Band Competition

Lucknow, February 9 : CMS Girls’ Brass Band Team of Kanpur Road Campus brought honour to the city of Lucknow by securing the 2nd prize, the Runners up Trophy at the National School Brass Band Competition. The team was awarded a cash prize of Rs 16000/-, a certificate and a trophy by the organizers. This information was given by the Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma. Mr Sharma stated that this competition was organized as part of the 75th Republic Day Celebrations. Several prestigious schools and colleges from all over the country participated in this tough competition and displayed their skills and talent in music. Mr Sharma further said that such celebrations are extremely beneficial for students as they encourage young talent to come forward and make their mark at the national and international level and CMS is constantly encouraging its students to participate in competitions of music, dance and sports leading to their all-round personality development.
