152 CMS students qualify for JEE-Advanced

Lucknow, September 16 : A record number of 152 CMS students qualified for JEE-Advanced after the results of 4th round of JEE Mains were declared, by getting higher than the cut off of 87.89 percentile.  21 CMS students have secured above 99 percentile and 128 CMS students have scored above 90 percentile, bringing laurels to the institution.

            Ravija Chandel of City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I topped in JEE Mains in the city with a total score of 99.96 percentile, achieving an All India Rank of 509. She bettered her score of 99.6 percentile that she achieved when she appeared in the second round of JEE Mains in March. An immensely talented student, she has already qualified for Government of India’s Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna (KVPY) scholarship and the Indian National Olympiad for Chemistry earlier this year.

            Exuding pride, Mrs Abha Anant, Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I said, “Ravija is a brilliant but a very down to earth person. She has always shown keen interest in Sciences. I am extremely happy and satisfied to see her succeed with flying colours.”

            The meritorious CMS students who have secured above 99 percentile in the prestigious IIT-JEE Mains Examination are: Ravija Chandel, Sarthak Gautam, Harsh Joshi, Prakhar Maurya, Atul Pande, Aryan Maurya, Aryan Sinha, Aryan Srivastava, Shailesh Agarwal, Shashwat Verma, Shyam Agarwal, Yash Pratap Singh, Aman Jagtap, Rujul Dwivedi, Apul Ranjan, Pranav Mishra, Juhi Bajpai, Arsh Jeet Singh, Syed Mohd. Mustafa, Ayush Srivastava and Satvik Shukla.

            CMS Founder Dr Jagdish Gandhi expressed delight on the success of students. He profusely congratulated the successful students and also the dutiful CMS teachers for their relentless efforts for the success of their students.

            Chief Public Relations Officer of CMS, Mr Hari Om Sharma said that CMS encourages and guides its students in their preparation for professional courses with free-of-cost specialized classes.  Besides, CMS organizes several international events for the students to provide an international platform to them and hone their knowledge which instills self-confidence in them. Due to these efforts, CMS students are scaling new heights in various national and international competitions.

CMS Aliganj opens Cambridge section

Lucknow, January 6 : After Gomti Nagar Campus II and Rajajipuram Campus I, City Montessori School has now opened a Cambridge section at its Aliganj Campus I, in which the students will be taught according to the Cambridge curriculum. CMS teachers honoured with Gold Medals at International Teachers Olympiad

Lucknow, February 10 : Four teachers of City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus II, namely Ms. Shweta Pathania Mishra, Ms. Tanushree Rastogi, Ms. Deepti Mehrotra, and Ms. Ritu Gupta have been awarded Gold Medals and Certificates of Proficiency for their exceptional teaching skills and professional excellence. These CMS teachers achieved this distinction based on their outstanding performance in the International CREST Teacher Olympiad.
